Experiential Consumer Activations
Starting in November, Ralph Lauren will create surprise and delight moments in select cities including San Francisco and La Jolla by hosting a series of Holiday-themed Drone Light Shows. The shows will be comprised of hundreds of synchronized and illuminated drones that will create visual formations in the sky.
In December, Polo will go on the road with the Polo Mobile Pop Up Shop, visiting key cities to offer unique, customized gifts from the Create-Your-Own program.
Additionally, family, friends and loved ones will be invited to experience together the holiday-themed Ralph Lauren lifestyle through captivating décor and hospitality offerings throughout retail stores around the world. From extravagant facades in New York, London, Paris and Munich to Ralph’s Coffee trikes offering festive treats and hot chocolate, customers will be immersed in this occasion to celebrate. In addition, branded complimentary car services to and from select stores and bespoke gift-wrapping services will be provided to encourage effortless holiday shopping.

Continuing the Company’s emphasis on digital, The RL Virtual Experience - the Company’s groundbreaking hybrid brick-and-mortar and digital shopping experience – allows consumers around the world to virtually step into Ralph Lauren’s elegant and iconic retail spaces in New York, Beverly Hills, Aspen, Paris and Hong Kong, amongst others.
The virtual store will feature the newest Holiday collections, along with antique and vintage offerings, all shoppable from the comfort and safety of home.
