Creative Director Gherardo Felloni continues to reimagine our favorite Roger Vivier buckles into wearable jewelry pieces for Spring/Summer 2021. Just in time for the festive season, these accessories are perfect for celebrations whether indoors or out.
The Broche buckle, created by Felloni for his debut collection, has fast become a celebrity favorite. Inspired by his passion for antique jewelry, notably pieces from the 19th century, the buckle features crystals aligned in perfect symmetry, reminiscent of the gardens at Château de Versailles. The Broche Vivier bracelets come in 20mm and 25mm sizes, with colors ranging from black and white to silver and pink. This mini buckle is also featured in hair clips and earrings.
Pearls and crystals combine in the exquisite Buckle and Pearl Pendant earrings. This classic style features a mini buckle and small sphere, paved in crystals, together with cascading strass and pearls. And finally, the pièce de résistance – the Bouquet Strass crown. This work of art is composed of hundreds of different-sized crystals, creating a row of flowers. The Maison’s artisans set the crystal flowers on a velvet base, that is weaved and attached by hand.
To present the jewelry collection for this season, Felloni asked French actress Camille Razat to become part of the Roger Vivier family, as she wears the SS21 jewelry collection in a campaign that gives homage to the great poet Charles Baudelaire. “She is a young actress, a great emerging talent,” Felloni says of his chosen muse. “With a mysterious beauty but at same time fresh and lively.” In this new campaign, she shows her passion for jewelry and pays tribute to Baudelaire’s classic poem Les Bijoux.
