Spring/Summer 2023 Advertising Campaign

“Magic Realism”

Philosophy di Lorenzo’s Spring / Summer 2023 campaign is shot through Liv Liberg’s creative lens.

The Dutch photographer has carved a name for herself within in the industry thanks to her eye-catching images famously exploring the concept of being a woman through clothes and character play. The collection is brought to life by Model Simona Kust in a London Studio.

Conceived and released by Philosophy Creative Director Lorenzo Serafini and stylist Sarah Richardson as a love letter to Italy, the Philosophy Spring/Summer 2023 Advertising Campaign focuses its gaze on rediscovery and playfulness.

An overall feeling of romance emerges, showing delicate facets of life. The collection embodies Italian elegance and celebrates the female form through Philosophy’s innovation of silhouettes, and commitment to fine craftsmanship.

I am thrilled to collaborate with Liv Liberg on this campaign, especially as this collection signifies an evolution of the Philosophy women. With the precious support and aesthetic vision of stylist Sarah Richardson, we are building a brand identity that is increasingly elevated and sophisticated,” comments Lorenzo Serafini. “Liv captured that sense of lightness and femininity, both delicate and powerful, that we wanted to inject into the Spring/Summer 2023 runway show.”

The advertising campaign makes its debut today Feb. 22nd, with a LED Billboard on Viale Regina Margherita, a stone’s throw from the Rotonda della Besana, where Philosophy will unveil its Fall/Winter 2023 collection on Feb. 24.
