In a global landscape in which professional profiles are becoming increasingly heterogeneous, it is essential to provide tools and platforms which reflect multiculturalism, respecting and showcasing social and cultural individuality, constantly working to balance business and creativity.
The new website has an international outlook, but always with an eye to local communities and specifically in each territory. Available in Italian, English, Chinese, Japanese and Korean, it in fact represents the first digital and interactive hub launched by Valentino dedicated to professional and career opportunities in the most established Italian Maison de Couture.
The digital journey that awaits users abolishes distances and presents a window into Valentino’s world: Join Our Community, Our People, Our Values, Our Projects, Accademia e Creating Shared Values.
Creativity, passion, attention to detail and teamwork, alongside environmental and social responsibility, are the fundamental pillars of the Maison, essential for the day to day tasks of every colleague but also a tool for growth, enrichment and exchange. On the website you can also learn about the two in-house schools: La Bottega dell’Arte and La Bottega dei Mestieri.
Within their halls, the golden rule is to leverage the skills of new resources, preparing them to take on specific artisan roles in both Prêt-à-Porter and Haute Couture. Positions that today are increasingly valued, because the path to achieving excellence in the sector requires specific skills, precise savoir-faire and high craftsmanship, a wide array of knowledge and techniques  in constant evolution, rooted in a wealth of competencies consolidated in the brand’s DNA and history.
With Accademia Valentino, the goal is to create and spread value, involving employees throughout the year in training courses aimed at enriching technical, specialist and managerial skills, beneficial for strengthening individual know-how. The programmes within the Accademia are called Valentino Journey, crafted ad hoc to live advanced learning experiences.
