Campaign - 9/9/24

Michael Kors is pleased to announce the launch of the Fall/Winter 2024 Michael Kors Collection ad campaign, photographed by renowned Dutch duo Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin and styled by leading stylist Carlos Nazario.

The new campaign stars supermodels Julia Nobis, Lina Zhang and Anok Yai in studio and focuses on the artistry of the designer’s Fall/Winter 2024 ready to wear and accessories. Striking portrait-style photography captures the timeless sophistication and subtle sensuality of the collection. The women radiate individuality, strength, confidence, and mystery, all hallmarks of the designer’s aesthetic.

“I’m always working to design fashion that will stand the test of time,” says Michael Kors. “This collection is very much about timelessness and modernity, and I wanted the imagery to feel at once forever and very fashion, with a power that comes from both the models and the clothes.”

For Fall/Winter 2024, Kors mixes the sharp sculptural tailoring and languid, lingerie-inspired dressing of the 1930s with the streamlined luxury of the 1990s and the laid-back casual attitude of today. Playing with the idea of covered and uncovered, the designer pairs soft knits, lace and bias-cut satin back to sharply tailored suiting and dramatic outerwear. Warm hues of cappuccino and chocolate, crisp tones of midnight and ivory, and dusty makeup shades from shell to blush create a luxurious palette.

Sleek pumps and always-chic slingbacks complement the polished clothing, while oversized structured top-handle bags and shrunken top-handle bags emphasize the season’s proportion play. The brand’s new chain-handle, M-shaped Manhatta bag exemplifies the designer’s commitment to the impact of opulent simplicity.

The global campaign will debut on social media platforms, digital outlets and in traditional outdoor media placement, while print ads will run in select fall issues.
