JOB DESCRIPTION

You will lead our development team in direct contact with the CTO and participate in the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of our web applications.

As the Lead Full stack Developer, you will be responsible for managing development projects, mentoring a team of developers, and ensuring the quality of deliverables. You will also play a key role in optimizing DevOps processes (CI/CD, cloud infrastructure management, etc.) to ensure efficient deployments and application performance.

You will have for missions:

● Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using PHP (frameworks such as Symfony)
● Participate in the technical and functional specification phases.
● Perform ongoing maintenance and feature enhancements of developed solutions.
● Guarantee the quality, safety and performance of your developments
● Write clear and concise technical documentation.
● Lead, mentor, and coach a team of developers (planning, performance tracking, mentoring).
● Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit tests, and functional tests.
● Participate in the recruitment of new talents and the continuous development of the team’s skills.
● Maintain CI/CD pipelines (continuous integration and delivery).

Required skills

● Backend Technologies: PHP (Laravel, Symfony), REST APIs, SQL/MySQL, NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
● Frontend Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React.js, Vue.js or Angular), CSS frameworks (Bootstrap).
● DevOps Tools: Docker, Nginx, GitLab CI, Terraform, Ansible.
● Infrastructure: Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud)
● Databases: Management and optimization of relational databases (SQL/MySQL), NoSQL.
● Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, TDD/BDD, best development and security practices.

● Back: PHP 8, Symfony 5.4
● Front: Twig, React, Typescript
● Tests: Phpunit, Cypress
● Database: AWS Opensearch, Mariadb 
● Infrastructure: Aws (ec2, S3, beanstalk, cloudfront, elasticache, retrospective, …)
